I chose to work with a functional medicine doctor instead of using traditional medications for my recover and Jenny worked with me on my physical training. At the time, she was managing a business, studying for her nutritional certification, doing personal training and still took the time to research osteoporosis in order to train me. She designed a program which would prevent any injury to me during my 18 month recovery and also helped reverse my loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia) due to the aging process.
